NG's main lobby is, to say the least, huge. The floors are always nicely polished and many lavish seats. The front desk is here and whoever is there will direct you to where you have to go.

The spacious office of Tohma Seguchi lies, inconveniently, at the top floor. It is really suggested that you knock before entering and that you don't bother him too much, lest you incur the blonde's wrath.
